GemClean is a browser extension and related web service designed to remove watermarks from images generated by Gemini and related AI platforms. These Terms of Service govern your use of our extension, website, and related materials. By installing or using the extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this extension. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your information, safeguarding your credentials, and ensuring that all usage complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use GemClean solely for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the extension or any bundled resources without our explicit written permission.

You agree not to use GemClean to:

Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Remove watermarks from content you do not own or are not authorized to edit.

Distribute malware, interfere with the integrity of the service, or engage in unauthorized data collection.

Overload or disrupt the availability of our infrastructure using automated systems.

The Pro plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription fees. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Creem). We do not store your credit card or payment information directly.

Upon purchase, you will receive a license key that activates Pro features. License keys are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser. Taxes and third-party fees may apply depending on your region.

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the problem.

We continuously improve GemClean. Updates may include performance improvements, new features, bug fixes, or security patches. By using the extension, you agree to the automatic installation of updates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain features with reasonable notice.

All trademarks, logos, code, and creative materials associated with GemClean are owned by their respective owners. You retain all rights to your original content processed through the extension; we do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. The extension processes images locally in your browser whenever possible. We may collect limited diagnostic data to maintain service reliability. By using the extension, you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to GemClean if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. You may terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the extension. Paid license keys remain valid after uninstallation unless terminated for cause due to a violation of these Terms.

GEMCLEAN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE EXTENSION AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Watermark removal quality may vary depending on the input image. We make no guarantees about the completeness or quality of watermark removal for any specific image.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of GemClean. Our aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect new regulations, features, or business needs. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant updates will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
